Wow! The food was outstanding, especially dinner at Marco's, and the spa facilities were just amazing! I truly loved my huge, comfy room with a fantastic shower too.

Cleanliness could use improvement, especially in bathrooms and pool areas!!! Guests may find noise from events disruptive during overnight stays!!! It’s frustrating to encounter hidden fees that were not properly communicated!!!

What a fantastic experience! The room was spacious and spotless with a lovely coffee machine, and we especially enjoyed the relaxing pool and garden area for winding down. The only issue was the shower controls being a bit tricky, but it didn't dampen our stay at all. 😊

Great that the breakfast had a pancake maker, my kids loved it, so did I. The room was clean, huge comfy bed, and there were little gingerbread men waiting for us, a nice touch for the kids.

It wasn't cheap, but the comfort made it reasonable.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay with spacious accommodations and a fantastic breakfast that featured a pancake machine, which my kids absolutely loved. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly, making our family feel welcomed. I found some aspects of the dining service lacking, especially during peak times, which could be improved for a more streamlined experience.

Superb staff made our stay lovely, with attention to our requests and lots of complimentary goodies in the room! We particularly enjoyed the homemade granola at breakfast—delish!

The lift had a personality of its own, stubbornly refusing to take us where we wanted to go—like a diva! And who thought wet dogs were the new hotel fragrance?
